The Waste to Resource Ontario Association Awards celebrates our members and volunteers and everything they do for the Association and the Waste and Recycling Sector.
Volunteer of the Year Award
This award recognizes one (1) volunteer who generously gives their time and talents and provides valuable contributions to W2RO and the waste and recycling sector.
The Industry Innovation Award
This award is designed to recognize one (1) W2RO member organization, on an annual basis, for innovative ideas and techniques that have made an impact on projects, which will improve the quality of waste and recycling services in Ontario (collection, delivery, processing, or operations).
The Community Builder Award
This award recognizes one (1) W2RO member organization who actively and selflessly engage in philanthropic activities in their communities.
Association Award submission deadline is April 15, 2025, and are to be submitted to info@w2ro.org. These Awards will be handed out annually at the Canadian Waste to Resource Conference Awards breakfast on June 18, 2025, at Fallsview Casino
