Senior engineer with more than 30 years of design and management experience in environmental-civil engineering and construction. Primary expertise is in waste management, with emphasis on landfill permitting, design, development, operation, closure, monitoring, reporting and financial assurance. Additional significant experience consists of land development, risk assessment, vapour intrusion mitigation, environmental site investigation/remediation, barrier and containment systems, groundwater/leachate collection, pumping systems, stormwater management, municipal works and mining works. Has extensive experience with planning and design activities, including public consultation and approvals processes. Has been extensively involved in both environmental-civil construction works, providing a broad range of related services such as tender/contract administration, construction inspection, commissioning services and warranty administration. Has successfully managed or completed a wide range of projects for public and private clients, and has provided effective liaison with regulatory agencies for securement of approvals.
