About City of Kenora

The City of Kenora operates the Kenora Area Landfill and the Kenora Solid Waste Transfer Facility for its 15,000 residents . it also provides solid waste management services to the seasonal resident lives around the City . It also operates Hazardous waste depot and collects electronic waste from the public. It has a recycle depot within the boundary of transfer station . The City does not have MRF in town so collected blue box materials are is transported to Winnipeg MB for recycling.
